After completing my bachelor's degree, I interned at ProTelecom in the Data Mining department of Kazakhtelecom.In September 2021, I started my master's degree online at Sapienza University in Rome, in Data Science specialty. However, due to a delay in visa, I was unable to attend the winter exams, which hindered my further education. That and also the fact the that I moved to Turkey with my family greatly affected my search for remote work. As a result, I became a programming teacher, specifically Python, at the online school Skyeng.In late summer 2022, I returned to Kazakhstan and went for an interview at Kazakhtelecom, as I already had a certificate from my internship. I worked as an expert analyst in the customer loyalty management department for 4 months before being promoted to Junior Data Analyst in the Data Mining department.During my time at Kazakhtelecom, I created numerous useful dashboards for various business departments, including our own. I also devised and implemented a project based on download and upload speeds for outdated customer equipment, which I personally parsed from a Speedtest Intelligence website. This improved the quality of internet service for Kazakhtelecom abonents. The project reduced customer churn rate due to Internet quality by 68% and improved the average download speeds by 603%.Currently, I am applying various ML algorithms to a large Kazakhtelecom database to further enhance the quality of service and company revenues.
