As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I oversaw all Enterprise Operations. In this position I directly managed the following business functions: Customer Success and Customer Support, Business Insights (BI), Data & Analytics, Workforce Analytics and Information Technology (IT).

Served as Chief of Staff to Brad Keywell, founder and CEO of Uptake, an industrial AI software company that harnesses the power of data and predictive analytics.- Lead cross-organizational task forces to tackle high-value strategic issues, including international expansion, new product development, new market entries and exits, as well as leadership changes - Directly managed the following business functions: Human Resources, Communications & PR, Procurement & Capital Allocation and Operations - Managed Board of Director and Investor relations. Attended all quarterly Board Meetings. Led Uptake’s Series D financing round, securing $117 million in capital at a post-money valuation of $2.3 billion - Represented Uptake at the 50th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland

Led the creation of the first Watson Wealth Management software solution in the Watson Financial Services portfolio. Drove the design, development and commercialization of an innovative software product for Wealth Managers that applied analytic and cognitive technologies to predict, personalize and address the changing needs of the current and next generation of clients, helping financial advisors deliver customized advice and generate additional revenue. Trained internal IBM salesforce to deliver the product to market. Partnered with clients, both locally and globally, to understand customer pain points, true market needs and drive the development of additional innovative broad market analytics features.
