Quinelle "Coach Q" Holder is an American entrepreneur, advisor, manager, publicist, journalist, music executive, and playlist curator based in the Washington Metropolitan Area.He’s most notably known for co-founding ‘Medium Creative Agency,’ FKA ‘Medium PR Agency,’ in 2015 - with the help of his wife, Sabrina Vaz-Holder. His resume includes Sr. Publicist for SONY's The Orchard (Urban Division) and Director of Publicity for Pusha T's Heir Wave Music Group as well as a consultant for All Def Digital. Coach Q’s extensive knowledge of the music industry as well as his business savvy has landed him local recognition from Pharrell William’s ‘Something In The Water’ festival (#VAForThePeople: Community Conversations), William & Mary as a guest panelist for their 2nd Annual Hip Hop Celebration, and most recently earned him the role of DMV region Community Curator for music-tech education platform The Digilogue.Furthermore, Holder gained national notoriety from VIBE Magazine when he was asked to join them for their TDE Vs. GQ discussion. In 2020, he was named one of AfroTech‘s 10 Black Men Who Found Success Through Digital Platforms. In 2017 he joined The Recording Academy's D.C. Chapter, where he served as Board Advisor, Hip-Hop Committee Member, and Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. Currently Holder serves as in-house publicist for Grammy-nominated triple threat LunchMoney Lewis’ LunchBox Records imprint, 2025 Songwriters Hall of Fame nominee Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins' Alienz Alive indie label, and a PR consultant for ONErpm's Urban division.
