With 6 Years of experience in the transport industry with Startrack/Australia Post, I have become a strong leader in delivering results over multiple Projects and Operational changes—meeting objectives by collaborating with internal and external networks, and creating a sustainable and safer postal service for our customers! I have mentored team members in the business which has allowed them to thrive in the business and provide a healthy work culture for improvement.I am a lead on our Lean management team, in one of my projects I managed to change our operation to give a 50% reduction on overtime and produce more revenue for our business.As a proud Indigenous Australian from the Dharug Nation, I have a passion for cultural awareness i have been involved in many Indigenous events to support other Indigenous members and promote awareness of our culture within the business, engaging with our leaders and team members via events and meetings to help build this awareness.
