In the summer of 2023, Quinlan took charge of orchestrating two noteworthy events: the Steveston Alive! Walking Tour Vignettes and the Steveston Vintage Fair. In the former, Quinlan carefully handled ticketing, initiated advertising efforts, guided the troupe, and personally conducted engaging tours. As for the fairs, he closely supervised set-up and takedown operations, spearheaded outreach initiatives, provided support to vendors, and meticulously crafted procedural documents. Quinlan treasures his impactful tenure at the Steveston Historical Society (SHS) for the invaluable opportunity to expand his management, public speaking, and promotional skills. Currently, he continues his journey with the SHS, now serving as a dedicated Post Office Clerk, propelling his professional capabilities to new heights.

In his role as Assistant Financial Director, he skillfully manages budgeting, outreach, and sponsorship coordination. Passionate about contributing to the development of easily accessible medical devices, he is equally dedicated to raising awareness about global healthcare disparities.
