Responsibilities included:• Dove headfirst into start-up environment as "employee #1", responsibilities included contributing to development of program marketing collateral, website design (Squarespace) and content creation (blog posts).• Worked directly with Executive Director to coordinate daily operations, build growth schedules, drafted proposals and development pitch decks, and marketing logistics for trade events.• Co-designed, tested, implemented, and managed the Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC), After-Action Reviews (AARs), and reporting processes for ‘Hacking For Defense’ (H4D). Conducted review of +30 university programs in year one, scaled to 50 schools and 3 continents (UK and AUS) by year two.• Co-managed design sprints to digitally transform our curriculum and capabilities to a 100% virtual educator training program because of COVID, onboarded educators and new university administration through program training.
