2022-Project Engineer Intern at the Oregon Humane Society New Road Ahead Project in Portland, Oregon. 2023-2024- Full Time Project Engineer on the $70 million dollar renovation of the University of Oregon Huestis Hall Renovation Project and UO KCSAI Knight Campus Brewery Project in Eugene, OR. Built in 1975, Huestis Hall served as a neuro science building set in the center of the University of Oregon's campus. Beginning in 2022, renovations began to perform a complete structural upgrade, and to gut all four building floors and completely re-build of all HVAC, electrical systems, fire suppression, brick, and lab spaces.With active research being conducted in the basement of this building, campus activities, limited space, and many other factors, this project was a major learning opportunity as my first full time project. It was an honor to contribute to the built environment of my alma mater, and to continually be involved with the campus community and education at the University of Oregon. My responsibilities on this project included; reviewing and updating architectural, structural, civil, and landscaping drawings per shared ASIs. Tracking and managing various project elements, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, LEED documentation, safety documents, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and spec requirements. Additionally, managing owner's issues and concerns through proactive communication and coordination during weekly OAC and Subcontractor meetings. My main responsibility on this project was coordination for all finish and structural scopes of work, encompassing flooring, tile, concrete finishes, doors and hardware, framing and drywall, painting, landscaping, architectural casework, specialty equipment, structural steel, and structural concrete.

Internship with the Umatilla County Planning Department.The responsibilities that I held included; updating tax lot information using ArcGis, updating land use permits, attending city council and board meetings to discuss long-term transit solutions, and to research environmental mitigation plans, and rural vacation rental regulations.

Ranch hand who primarily was tasked with maintenance jobs to benefit cattle and wildlife. A majority of the projects were partnered with the Conservation Reserve Program to ensure proper land use procedures and environmental preservation.Some tasks included; building natural springs for cattle and wildlife, adjusting fence height for wildlife, spraying noxious weeds, herding cattle, building fence, and planting grass seed and trees.
