As a treasurer at Fusion Dance Troupe, I manage the budget, fundraise, and coordinate events for a diverse and talented group of dancers. I enjoy applying my money management and leadership skills to support the artistic expression and community engagement of my peers.I am a rising junior at Boston University, pursuing a double major in political science and psychology, and a minor in film and television. I have a passion for learning about different perspectives, cultures, and issues, and for sharing stories that matter. I have honed my writing and editing skills through my participation in The School of The New York Times, where I learned from industry professionals and produced original articles. I have also received multiple honors for my academic and extracurricular achievements, such as the Silver Crown Award, the Renaissance Award, and the SPEX Award.I am interested in internship and job opportunities that allow me to combine my interdisciplinary background and my customer service skills to support marginalized communities.
