I teach lesson provided by teachers for grades K-8, Special Ed. I manage classroom behavior, create positive learning environment, and ensure safety of all students. I have to creatively develop on the spot lessons while supporting all levels of learning, which means having to maintain flexibility. After substituting, I am tasked with providing detailed notes for teachers.

I wrote daily newsletters to streamline communication within the hotel. I helped to organize intiative programs, paperwork, and employee onboarding. I helped coordinate events targeted to recognize empolyees' achievments and boost morale.

I provided care and supervision for groups of up to 15 campers aged 3-4. I helped to oversee the pick up and drop off of campers each day. I helped create and facilitate activities including: yoga, art, and play. I was promoted from Junior Counselor to Counselor after the Summer of 2018. When tasked with acting as Head Counselor on occasion I supervised four co-workers and coordinated important public health communication to ensure safety of staff and campers.

I researched archives in order to write an article on history of local beaches, which got published in local paper, MyRye. I created an exhibit for a local historical society about the effects of Covid-19 on the county. This involved conducting interviews, collecting relevant documents and artifacts with a quick turnaround.
