-Organizational Change - Oversaw a department transformation from individually based teams to a team-based program. Measured a 55% growth in program offerings and over 125% in participation rates within the department as a result of the change initiatives.-Strategic Planning - Led a strategic planning initiative for the department with the help of stakeholders and direct reports. -Operations - I ran the middle and upper school athletic departments at SRS. Hired, supervised, evaluated coaching staff, worked with two separate leagues in order to schedule games, and promoted the growth and development of both departments. -Safety - I work with all facets of the health & safety of the school from student life to facilties management.
