Current- As program manager of a $2 million federal program connecting healthcare and supportive services to low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS, top priorities include:
- Leading a multi-disciplinary staff of up to 20, in a non-profit organization and clinic (Medical Case Managers, Counselors, Specialists, Support Staff) in providing healthcare solutions with excellent customer service.
- Recruiting and developing a dynamic team committed to client-centered service.
- Providing education and support to improve health outcomes in our clients.
- Auditing client services data for compliance with federal grants and national health guidelines
- Negotiating services with outside agencies in order to leverage resources.
