Starting in 2018 Quinn began her pursuit of advanced education at Temple University. Quinn excelled in her academics and participated in multiple clubs including PRSSA, National Honors Society, and Editor at Freely Magazine. Quinn found a home with the Phi Theta Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi and quickly fell in love with the opportunity to give back to her community; and earned the leadership opportunity to serve as fundraising chair. Quinns' affiliate marketing career started on the agency side at DMi Partners as Publisher Development Intern in 2021. As an intern, Quinn helped to recruit new content creator opportunities for brands, assess potential partnership applications, and maintain the brands' store page from violation in the form of trademark bidding outreach. In 2022 Quinn was promoted to Partnership Development Coordinator, taking on many new responsibilities and continuing her growth in the affiliate space. This growth included leading partnership calls, facilitating strategic recruitment of revenue-driving partners, and ensuring quality opportunities for our brands. After 11 months, Quinn was then promoted to her current position, Associate Partnership Development Manager. In this role, Quinn works to streamline new efficiencies for day-to-day problems and to exceed in her day-to-day tasks. Overall, Quinn is a problem-solver and prides herself on her ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Quinn is always up to a new challenge and is committed to staying at the forefront of this rapidly growing industry.
