Reporting to: Head of Compliance.• Maintaining various compliance controls, such as the End User Verification process, which is intended to ensure that partner contracts in high-risk territories are back-to-back.• Regularly track contracts where ARR is at-risk and update the Finance team monthly of unresponsive accounts, or report when contracts have been refuted and should be frozen.• Contacting End Users when contracts are refuted, and/or soliciting the assistance of the Account Executive or Channel Manager who facilitated the deal to retrieve a price-redacted copy of the contract from the partner.• Assisting with drafting and editing company-wide policies, such as Darktrace’s Anti-Fraud Policy.• Facilitating the Gifts and Hospitality process by conducting reviews of expenses from across the business to ensure business entertainment is reasonable and ethical, insulating Darktrace from potential jurisdictional violations or bribery claims.• Coordinating with the Marketing team to vet attendees of high-cost company-sponsored events, ensuring that government affiliated entities are not targeted, and that any amount spent on a particular customer, partner, or prospect is proportional to the business they have or are anticipated to generate.• Providing guidance to employees about Darktrace’s compliance standards and procedures upon request.• Make recommendations for improvements to various compliance processes as workflow shifts and increases.• Assist in the research of auditable third-party software that can automate and streamline internal processes.• Conduct third party due diligence via One Trust to screen Darktrace partners for potential compliance risks.• Investigate accounts retrospectively in cases where Darktrace’s relationships are being reevaluated.
