In addition, I uploaded the Test Plan Test Cases into repository test tool, (HP ALM11).Successfully executed System Testing for both Progression and Regression testing in multiple test environments. As part of setting up for successful testing, I data mined test data, queried test data in test databases, and also identified missed test requirements in the ADD.Effectively Triaged and Resolved Test defects for testing projects. As a OVM tester, I would triage and resolve defects for both test defects and Prod fixes. This required for me to make sure customer's test defects included XML requests and responses submitted to the middleware OVM application. In addition the initial Triage would include searching and grepping OVM logs from UNIX hosts. After pulling the logs I would assign the defect to the appropriate Application Development team.I also successfully brought together invested parties to resolve test defects. I would coordinate online conference calls via MS LYNC tool to bring resolution to defects that were not being resolved effectively through normal processes. By coordinating and managing these test resolution calls sensitive and persistent defects were resolved sooner and more effectively preventing additional resource loss.In addition, I also supported and tested Agile and NDAed projects for both Regression, Progression test projects.Finally, I also shared OVM application test/triage knowledge with our offshore resources in Brasil and India.
