As an original and senior member of the Pinkerton Data Team, designed, developed and executed more than 10 data science & analytics projects effectively in a collaborative environment with XFN partners including the PMs, engineers, UX, and non-tech business leads.Drove advanced data products and analytical solutions developed through metrics defining, measurement design, statistical inference and modeling processes to track Team KPIs, and have provided actionable insights with causal inference and forecasting-empowered recommendations, etc., which helped stakeholders understand root causes for behavioral patterns, and boost quality of products.

• As the full-stack data analyst in the Org of Student Academic Achievement, defined, standardized & reported key metrics of the business to the campus stakeholders.• Developed, delivered, and maintained data projects & products (e.g. dashboards & analytical reports) to identify trends, patterns and provided analytical solutions to key problems in the business.• Drove the growth of the org by data-driven marketing optimization strategies and helped the org director to hit the quarterly and annual growth goal of the Org by more than 100%.• Presented the data stories from analytical project results and recommended actionable insights to support the Org Director in accomplishing the Org's mission and reaching seasonal & annual business objectives.• Inspired data-driven org culture as a collaborative and cross-functional team player.• Led and optimized the Stats & Math Program on the Org and supervised a team of 10+ Stats & Math student staffs (instructional student assistants).

• From the data science and analytics perspective, supported different professors on several research projects scoping from marketing research, medical research and academic research fields.• Have completed three individual data science projects and presented the key findings to faculty members and program funders.• Actively led & mentored two lower-leveled scholars/graduate research fellows for developing and optimizing their data science projects.• Offered four constructive presentations to all research fellows based on research experience.
