I worked with Syngenta Seeds: Golden Harvest and NK, Precision Planting equipment, Yetter equipment, Ag Spectrum Maximum Farming programs as well as EasiLOAD Seed Systems. These programs worked hand in hand to provide a more proficient operation for our customers. During my time there we oversaw an increase in gross sales, inventory, drastically improved and increased our delivery time. Implemented a prescription planting guide for each field; based on hybrid characteristics in correlation with soil testing, drainage conditions, location, previous crop type and past yield reports for each customer. After the prescriptions were made and agreed apon with producers we Implemented a field-side delivery program where we provided bulk delivery utilizing 4 seedbox and 2 bulk tenders as well as palleted seed; that we would either drop field-side or quickly refill planters for our customers allowing them to focus on their main goal of getting our product in the ground. This program also allowed our team to troubleshoot and planter issues that may arise for the customers, which in-turn added Precision Planting business for the following season. We would also keep some spare Precision parts as well as Ag Spectrum seed talc powder on hand in the delivery vehicles so that if a customer was low or need a quick fix we could help. We only pushed products that we believed in, which gave our customers peace of mind knowing we wouldn't sell it if we wouldn't use it.
