Responsible for managing operations at the L&G Distribution Center plus Inventory and Stock control transactions at (11) Manage Service Sites (MSS) throughout North America to support internal and external customers. These responsibilities include: managing daily warehouse operations, overseeing international shipments, assisting in Managed Service Sites (MSS) forecast planning, coordinating MSS inventory needs, overseeing MSS stock levels, and storage/inventory space management, hiring and training L&G Distribution Center and MSS personnel. Maintain warehouse and logistics metrics for the L&G Distribution Center and the MSS to manage and assess logistics and inventory. These metrics include: On-Time Delivery, Shipping & Receiving Efficiency, Cycle Count Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Excess and Obsolete material. Facilitate and oversee setup of 3PL Warehouse at MSS to reduce warehouse expense. Conduct monthly reviews of the MSS stocking levels with the program sites. Monitor all in and outbound freight shipments. Oversee freight invoices to ensure accurate pricing, accurate Class and NMFC code are utilized. Ensure Logistic Team is fully trained on utilizing on-line ship manager and SAP inventory system. Actively manage the supply chain to satisfy procurement activities and maintain appropriate levels for safety stock. This includes maintaining relationships with approved vendors, contribute to sourcing decisions, understanding capacity, and lead time constraints. Manage quarterly cycle counts on the inventory stored in the L&G Distribution Center and lead the quarterly cycle count events for all MSS. This requires close interaction with L&G team members in multiple locations across the U.S. and external transportation companies.

Manage all aspects of the Logistics and Warehousing operations. Manage network installations, maintain relationships with customer and field staff. Coordinate the analysis and reporting of modules, ordering and maintaning warehouse installation materials and outbound shipping, ensuring inventory compliance with corporate, EHS, OSHA and ISO standards and maintaining inventory levels by performing daily/ weekly tranactions.
