In addition to this, I conducted interviews and counseled personnel on professional and personal matters to increase efficiency of the entire command. My main task was to support the commander in various tasks, including administrative non-judicial proceedings, policy development, human factors risk assessments, and enforcement of all rules and regulations thereunto pertaining. Moreover, I improved cohesion and communication with the commander by actively participating in ceremonies, briefings, and conferences.
