This position was my first introduction to property management, where I worked my way up from Assistant Manager to Community Manager within a year. Then within another year I was promoted to Senior Community Manager, where I led 3-month turnarounds on underperforming assets. I eventually was promoted to a regional position. I was very fortunate to have this be my first introduction to property management due to the tremendous strength of the Houston corporate team, along with all of the training and corporate suppore in place.
