2015, I relocated to Zanzibar to work on RSJ Investments' new resort development, Zuri Zanzibar. My role in Zanzibar included developing procurement structures, managing project costs, and working with local authorities and our accounting and legal teams to manage the project's investment incentives.Being an explorer at heart, during my time in East Africa, I also started working on startup concepts of my own and invested in my first early-stage venture in 2017. Since my attention turned to business building and growth strategy, I have collaborated with entrepreneurs from all walks of life.In 2021, I decided to explore a few early-stage ventures. Subsequently, I consulted for various startups on business building and go-to-market strategies and volunteered as an early-stage mentor at the LaunchLab.May 2024, I joined CtrlFleet, a carrier-facing TMS startup based in Cape Town, where I head up partnerships and global growth strategy.
