I led and coached a fantastic team of highly skilled architects, product owners, engineers, developers, business and data analysts, data scientists, testers, and config specialists who through their passion and dedication delivered and supported key initiatives across the organization that have driven great business outcomes.Some of these fantastic achievements were the delivery of Sky Broadband which now has over 24k subscribers and has opened up new bundling and discounting opportunities while adding value and reliable to customers. Build and delivery of a fully integrated CRM solution Salesforce to over 200 agents, reducing the need to swivel between multiple systems and simplifying customer interactions. The modernisation of legacy APIs to a modern cloud based, microservice architecture which underpins customers engagements for web, mobile, IVR and set top box. The building of a fully integrated inventory distribution and tracking system that supports the transformation to a customer driven self-service model, supporting ordering, delivering, provisioning and returning of devices. Rebuilding of the customer data platform, from a legacy solution to a re-architected model built on Snowflake with real-time data replication (CDC) from the Billing and Financial systems.
