The individual in this role will be responsible for processing donations,database management, and providing support for the Advancement and Financedepartments. The right candidate will enjoy working both in a team and independently;be a self-motivated, quick learner; organized; and have an eye for detail.-Enters gifts into Raiser’s Edge batches using specific date and naming conventions and tracks donor profiles, appeal fund and campaign codes, recurring gifts and event registrations. -Processes daily gifts into the donor database, including credit card and EFT gifts, pledges, and stock transfers.Ensures accurate and timely reporting of gifts from Raiser’s Edge for donor acknowledgment and tax purposes.-Conducts monthly reconciliations between Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge databases by collaborating with finance team.-Maintains and updates donor records, including addresses and mail preferences, and pulls lists for annual giving mailings and donor events.-Develops reports to track giving trends such as donor gift averages and number of gifts in a given period.-Prepares standard and custom reports for the Development team and President & CEO.-Manages event software, tracking purchases, and provides administrative support for annual giving initiatives and agency events.
