I am simply a lover of music. I have had the chance to acquire a lot of experience in the field of live sound. I got my start in audio engineering mixing for churches. My experience in churches include mixing for worship services, funerals, special events, concerts, and other events held in the venues in the venues I was responsible for.As one of my first jobs, I worked as a tech for a local audio company doing things like cleaning in the warehouse, running cables, taking inventory and other house keeping duties. As years past, I worked my way up to being one of the FOH engineers. Under this company, I mixed a lot of events such as out door festivals and concerts, musicals, and assorted community events.Shortly after graduating high school, I worked as a band tech for Tulsa Memorial High School Band. I loved working with the students, and helping them learn and perfect their passion for music. I also enjoyed the awesome team I was a part of. As well as being a band tech, I also assisted in teaching a theatre tech class at the same high school. Along with another instructor, we taught the students the anatomy of a live PA, signal flow, theatre etiquette, theatre communication, as well as many other different facets of being an audio engineer in a theatrical setting.During my time in Tulsa, OK, I was a FOH engineer for a couple different theatre companies, and mixed some popular shows including 13, Guys and Dolls, Les Miserables, Legally Blonde the Musical just to name a few. These gigs helped me hone in skill with wireless mics, clear com, as well as many other kinds of equipment used in the theatre environment.I lived in Tulsa, OK until 2014 when I moved to Phoenix, AZ to attend the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.
