I am a second-year student at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in accounting and economic consulting. I am fascinated by several things including team building, serving others, and achieving success through reaching different set goals. I have demonstrated these strengths in a variety of ways beginning in high school, where I completed my Eagle Scout project. I collected hygiene products from my community and donated them to a foundation that helps underprivileged teenagers in Las Vegas. Furthermore, as captain of the soccer team, I led my high school team to a state championship in my senior year. It was through these experiences that I found my passion for the strengths I stated above. Now at Indiana University, I plan on continuing to pursue these things through a number of different clubs, sports, activities, and opportunities. I am expanding my professional knowledge through joining clubs such as the Financial Planning Association and Business Edge Club. Additionally, I plan on joining a club that serves the community in some manner, whether it be cleaning up trash, building something, or raising money.I hope to grow even more with my time at Kelley and learn as much as I can. I am hoping to study abroad somewhere in Europe so that I can work even more on my communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I hope to engage in the Consulting workshop in the future in order to gain a better insight into the career. Ultimately, I see myself working at a consulting firm helping to solve whatever task or issue that I am faced with.
