For vendors I capture their setups, marketing materials, products and most importantly guest interactions/reactions. Along with vendor and sponsor photography I am the principal photographer for both the VIP and Exhibitor Party. At these parties I capture the experience, food and drinks along with any entertainment/speeches.

In this student driven club at Salve Regina Univeristy I promote the voice, news, events and "brand" of MSO[Multicutural Student Organization]. I take on creating various posters, and flyers for events the club host are sponsors. In regards to PR, I control the clubs Twitter, Facebook and upcoming website that will be launching in the fall [Sept. 2013]. I work with the rest of the E-Board to effectively communicate to the Salve and Newport communty what MSO is all about and doing.

I served as the visitor’s information desk. Recording admit fees collected, new or renewing membership paperwork and fees, and any donations. Sold books and various event tickets to anyone interested. Handled all incoming phone calls and historical questions - in regards the artwork and or the museum’s architecture.

I worked in the Marketing and Events Departments. In Marketing I facilitated the collection of raw data for newsletters and created press releases for the local media. Handled social media for the museum such as Twitter and Facebook. Updated the museum’s website, calendars and media contact lists. In the Events department I would function as the photographer. Taking promotional shots of sponsors and special/ honored guests, as well as marketing shots for current and future marketing newsletters and website material. I worked on special projects such as taking photographs of each board member of the museum for administrative purposes.

Head of PR & Marketing in Multicultural Student Organization [MSO], the photography editor in The Mosaic [student run newspaper], and an Associate Editor in The Willow [student run literary magazine].
