In my role as Partner and Solution Provider at Delegate I have the overall responsibility for the software solutions my team develops for our customers. At the same time, I advice my customers on how to use technology to support their business. It is my job to manage software projects and focus on delivering solutions of great quality and with high business value. A Solution Provider should work as catalyst in ensuring that the customer gets the full benefit of the technology and thereby solves the challenges their company faces. This also requires me to have the responsibility for the software architecture in relation to structuring solutions and code, I thereby functions as a senior software architect on my projects.

As a SharePoint Consultant it was my responsibility to ensure the completion of software projects from idea and requirements to implementation and subsequent support. The role required me to get an in depth understanding of the business needs of my clients so that I could focus on creating the optimal solution for them. To do this I needed to stay up to date with the latest technical developments, and have the technical overview required to define a software architecture, that could support the needs of my customers long term.
