I manged my time effectively to ensure all kpi's were met, to provide a sales through service,take on new projects and deliver them such as (energy point for pay as you go electric customers). Initiating new projects, risk management, data anslysis and helping these to be implemented successfully .

I managed the refunds team, to organise correct payments of cancelled/returned tickets for journeys not made,this was dependent on type of ticket purchase and expiry of ticket. To liase with various departments such as finace,systems, credit control all matched up for productivity and daily accounts.
