Payroll accounting , yearly analysis and reports.6-Performance management . Set up performance management process and facilitate the implementation.Check KPI with school masters monthly .7-Manage and develop the HR & Admin team ensuring they provide a professional and high quality support service .8-Labor relations management . Planning Annul meetings and team traveling .Dealing with labor disputes .Communicating with 3-4 staff monthly .9- Manage all current and historical personnel information ensuring accuracy and update of employee information .10-Other ad-hoc Human Resource & administrative affairs.

New staff and monthly training ,including planning ,arrangement , implementation, coordination and follow-up.2- Employee social insurance and housing fund management .responsible for explaining the related policies and questions to the staff in time .3- Employee attendance management .statistics of attendance report &work meal allowance monthly .handle the abnormal situations .4- Audit employee payroll data ,communicate and coordinate with the headquarter HR for the abnormal situations .5- Administrate employees’ career development ,supervise the procedure of probation reviews ,annual reviews ,promotion ,etc.6- Arranging & organizing the employee termination &discipline punishment.7- Party’s organizational relationships management . responsible for organizing the monthly Party members activities , transferring the Party’s organizational relationships and developing new Party members .8- Statistics ,submit and improvement of different kinds of HR reports to the general headquarter.9- Provide support to operation manager on other ad-hoc HR affairs and some administrative affairs .

1- Professional titles management .The titles of the declaration and evaluation for the engineers and technicians of the whole company. To organize the staff to get ready the relative documents to the Evaluation Committee of professional titles of the Personnel Bureau.2- Recruitment management. Job posting and management, CV screening and collection, interview arrangement ,candidates contact, recruitment channels maintenance and development ,Campus lectures ,etc.3- E-HR system updating and management. To maintain and update the personnel files to the database.4- Orientation training .To organize and conduct the orientation training to make sure the new staffs to know the enterprise culture , relevant systems and requirements.5- On/off boarding management .To make human resource analysis report every month/every half -year /every year, etc.6- Provide support to HR manager on other ad-hoc HR affairs. like Registration costs of services and expense reimbursement ,etc.
