To provide leadership and ensure all activities and operation related to Safety Health and Environment (EHS), and Emergency response are in line & adhered to DuPont’s Core Value, regulations and policies. Safety Health and Environment role: Responsible for Country Safety Health and Environment performance and assess Country competency performance to ensure continuous improvement. Identify, assess and evaluate the potential hazards and risks in order to plan and Initiate EHS activities to mitigate EHS risks. Lead /Work with Safety Health and Environment network to ensure the compliance with relevant local regulatory requirements. Establish consistent managing process for leveraging Safety Health and Environment knowledge and skill. Update on new regulatory requirements and assess their potential impact on chemical regulation compliance. Represent in regulatory agencies and chemical associations (Vietnam Responsible Care Committee), to advocate on country specific EHS issues that may impact the sustainable growth. Maintain relationships and networks with Regional, country, and site Competency Leaders/resources to leverage best practices. Control all functional EHS costs and budget that include talent development of functional employees and on-demand basis EHS services requested by Sites. Support DuPont Sustainable Solution to provide safety consultant and training for local customers.  Recognize and enhance the training to meet customer needs at the end of the value chain. Accountable for implementation of Distribution Corporate Standard.Security role: Primary contact for Security at Country level and be part of the AP Security Network Support Country Manager to oversee security matters with countrywide implication. Assist Country Manager to roll out Security Programs and monitor its performance. Liaise with Site Managers and Site Security Leaders related to security business.

* Responsible for the control and administration of the Permit To Work system at the location.• Co-operate with Management board to ensure every job done with Permit to Work system perfectly and the jobs will be done as plan safely.• Proceed Auditing to evaluate compliance with CLJOC HSE Management System.• Develop and implement proactive programs to improve and enhance offshore operation and safety culture.• Participate in the investigation on accidents and incidents.

Title: HSE ManagerMain Duty: Update, manage and guide the implementing of authorities’s laws/regulations/decrees/instructions relating to Health, Safety and Environment. Update, manage and guide the implementing of laws/regulations/decrees/instructions relating to HSE). Prepare quarterly and annually HSE reports for Petronas. Coordinate in organizing monthly and quarterly HSE meeting for Board of Management.  Prepare Environmental Health and Safety policies/ procedures/ guidelines. Supervise implementation of safety rules and regulations. Carry out audits/inspections to ensure HSE standards are met. Responsible for making plan, conducting internal HSE trainings and implementing external HSE trainings. Report to Board of Management training results periodically. Prepare and control HSE annual budget. Implement other tasks assigned by Board of Management and General Director.Last Title: Operation Superintendent Main Duty: Ensured that the plant was operating safely by incorporating safe operational practices in the procedures and promoted safety awareness among the staff. Developed and upgraded the subordinates operational capability and competency. Coordinated all maintenance activities during shift by reporting/liaising with maintenance department. Conducted process training for operators as well as lead operators. Together with maintenance executes effectives in trouble shooting plant operating problems and equipment failures in order to prevent or to minimize production outage. Administration and control Permit To Work system.
