- The single point of contact of the country director in respect of financial controls & compliance.- Providing business partnering for all key stakeholders (market finance contacts) & network with various functions within GDBS/market (Cash Cycle, Treasury, CARM) and outside DBSC (KPMG/PWC/Deloitte, tax & custom authorities, successfully drove the refund of 1.4mil USD for the business).- Being responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and financial relevance of the in-country statutory and management information for 2 entities in Vietnam in the 1st year and SEA Head Office and SEA Supply in the 2nd year.- Responsible for monthly working capital review and annual capital structure assessment, proposed new capital structure for sustainability of the business, successfully drove the capital injection of 30.4mil USD into the business before Covid-19.- Key member in setting up the new hub in China (Shenzhen).
