It is good to learn more about trade marketing from Delta, one of the line company from Square Group. I am in charged of the position of Account Supervisor, leading a team of 5. My daily tasks are rotated between working with clients (briefing, pitching, and servicing) and internal teams (debriefing, brainstorming, planning, and executing events).I achieved what I set out as my goals when I joined Delta, which was gaining in-depth experience on Trade Marketing and Brand Activation. I got to know new interesting clients and partners. I had opportunities to learn from other friends from other member companies of Square Group as well. It was a good ride at Delta and with the new year coming, I am seeking new challenges to advance my career further more.

Tree Entertainment was founded by one of my closest friends. Tree is a production house consists of active and enthusiasm young talents. They need time to focus on the creative works so dealing with customers, managing time and effort, meeting deadlines and keeping schedules are my responsibility here. Shooting TVC and products, developing KVs, and other creative designs are included in my scope of work.

It was a marketing agency and I was an Account Manager here, mainly focus on MICE and Team Building services. My daily tasks include dealing with demanding customers and ensuring work productivity of my internal team. Workshops, conferences, and business team building trips are services that I have been through at Shine Event.

This was probably one of my favorite jobs in my career. At first, I was in charge of some minor marketing tasks but soon I found myself on site running big and small events everywhere across the country. I have been through a lot of events as big as Summer Fusion Festival, Skyline Camp, Moon Festival, etc... and as small as some talents show in colleges. I have strong contact with suppliers to help with my jobs everywhere from Can Tho to Nha Trang. I strongly believe that my risk management and customer service skills are nearly perfection during my time at LOMA. I have become more and more detail-oriented, efficient, and endurance on the field and at work. And most of all, I have developed a strong network with people from many businesses and industries.

In September 2014, Alibaba set the record of the biggest US IPO in history. That was the reason I chose to start a new journey at Vinahats Export Ltd. With my knowledge of digital marketing and my great English capability, I was in charge for setting up the Alibaba page for Vinahats as well as running daily CRM tasks.

I took this job as required for my graduation at Hoa Sen University: a graduate internship that could provide me with the crucial work experience most employers require. My initial position at Phuc Vinh Furniture was just a copywriter supporting Marketing Department because at that time I was lack of practical experience for marketing jobs. However, when I left here, I was strongly confident of my ability to carry any Digital Marketing jobs thank to great support and guidance from my seniors and co-workers.

I started my job as an ESL teacher in the summer of 2011. This job not only helped me to keep and improve my English but also gave me a chance to work with probably the toughest and most demanding customers I have known at that time. Do you know who are more annoying than kids? Their parents. Having a class of 40 young kids means you have to satisfy 40 different minds at the same time as well as 40 angry parents demanding the best for their kids.No wonder my communication skill has skyrocketed over nearly 3 years of working at Hoa Binh English Center. I decided to quit this job because I needed a full-time internship at a business-related job required for my graduation. I still wonder what my life would have been if I pursued a teaching career.

I got an intern job in the summer of 2010. For about 5 months, I have learned the basics of what an office worker have to do everyday. This internship offered me the chance to learn by doing in a setting where I am supervised by work-place professionals. I also have the opportunity to be guided by Mr Loc who was Head of Business Development Department back then. Mr Loc is currently holding the position of Manager of SCPC Print Company as of 2017.Although it was a short internship, a lot of things I learned here have proved its value through my career years later.
