* From 0 day scenario, created an onshore software development unit to maintain, extend, and eventually replace the existing source code with new products.* Hired and onboarded the software development & product teams, reinventing the development framework from unmanaged to Agile (SCRUM hybrid). Instituted all ALM policies & processes, including version control, release management, definition of done, QA, security policies, documentation, development lab infrastructure, and product deliverables.* From initiation to completion, managed and owned the creation of an eCommerce ticketing web application with a new API service layer, to be fully backwards compatible with the core application. Reduced transaction time by half while increasing per-server capacity 8X.* Constantly managed a portfolio of smaller, client-facing software development & conversion projects ranging from $50K to $250K. Client roster included Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Disney, Vegas.com, The Sundance Film Festival, The Toronto International Film Festival, Classic Cinemas, The Brookfield Zoo, Sega/BBC, Treasure Island Resort & Casino, Destination Cinemas, Inc., Lincoln Plaza Cinema, and Jordan’s Furniture.* Managed all compliance programs. Achieved and maintained PCI PA-DSS compliance program for core software product, including penetration testing, code review, secure coding training, creation of compliance policy, customer education, and payment acquirer recertification. Managed compliance with the Las Vegas Gaming Commission as Associated Equipment. Charted course for EMV compliance for card payments prior to the 10/2015 Liability Shift.* Initiated and led Organizational and Product Strategic Direction off-sites.* Developed manager-less deployment framework and trained “Site Captains” to manage mini-projects.* Piloted content management system-based ecommerce product using Umbraco, .NET 3.5, and web services API.
