I have had great opportunities to work in companies that have built a value for their customers by using and producing technology. I have experience in working on a wide operational spectrum and every place in between. From large government sector to business units. I have led the development of over 10 consumer products, software platforms and applications in domains ranging from aviation industry, mobile devices & home appliances to service delivery and ad listing platforms.I have managed Human Resources of a large organization for optimum qualified manpower availability at all tiers of organization by analyzing the requirements. Established new Departments by providing trained manpower considering the actual requirements. During this phase of challenging HR management it wasn’t always clear and sometimes it was really tough to help the team through a transition. It’s about making the change easily visible and breaking it down small enough to implement. Connecting the big picture to the team and the work – in a language that makes sense.At each point in my career, I’ve led teams to operationally improve performance and execution. Elevating outcomes beyond what some might have initially thought unlikely. I’m a big picture person and yet am comfortable rolling up my sleeves and getting into the detail. I love to challenge existing assumptions.I am most proud of leading a team of engineers in creating a secure, reliable and user friendly Linux based Operating System from scratch, several Web Application including e-QAP, e-commerce and Real-estate applications and specially Automated Book Generation web application from OpenAI and transforming innovative ideas into commercially viable product offerings and finally setting up both research and application focused AI & ML teams in collaboration with leading academic communities.
