Handling the daily operations of the firm, streamlining production processes and continuously improvising the entire management system. Conducted recruitment and training activities, presented all the required literature into well documented form. Also looked into after sales and purchase activities, along with serious research work into the industry and consumer businesses thereby planning and participating into exhibitions. Final project was working towards getting an updated and completely new website developed, for the firm, in order to maximize its visibility worldwide.
