As a traveling designer across the Middle East and North America, I helped startups and Nonprofits create intuitive experiences for users across video-on-demand, social media marketing and awareness, and visual identity projects. In addition to my responsibilities in strategy and design, I have also provided valuable assistance in front-end Android and web development, utilizing Java/Kotlin, HTML5, and CSS3.I had the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of the practical material for a software design and documentation course at Jordan University of Science & Technology in Amman, Jordan. This effort positively impacted the teaching of technical writing and documentation editorial design.I have been involved in designing and advising on brand identity refresh and establishment for fashion and fitness clients based in Dubai and LA.In recognition of my artistic abilities, I was invited to illustrate the cover art for "Black Stones," a competitive documentary entry at the IDFA 2017 (The International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam). This indie production involved a talented staff from Syria, Germany, and Egypt.I take great pride in my voluntary work, supporting various charities and refugee foundations across the Middle East, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Some notable organizations I have worked with include The Zakat Foundation of America, Syria Relief, Watan Initiative, as well as independent youth teams in Jordan.

During an engagement with a Rochester, NY design agency, I achieved significant milestones:Firstly, I conducted user research and implemented ethical social engineering analysis, along with A/B testing UX concepts for a non-profit client in the upstate New York area. This initiative enabled us to gain valuable insights and refine the tone and messaging of the client's digital presence.Additionally, I worked closely with the creative director, contributing to graphic design and branding projects. Together, we laid the groundwork for a fresh and modern visual identity for the agency.Recognizing the need for self-sufficiency, I spearheaded the transition from relying on third-party coding services to executing in-house full stack debugging and development. This included implementing incident tracking and conducting third-party code reviews to proactively prevent future conflicts.Furthermore, I played a key role in enhancing performance and security across multiple client websites. As a result of these efforts, Euclid Systems saw remarkable improvements, with average GTmetrix scores surpassing 90% and Checkbot scores reaching 100%.

During my dynamic internship, I played a pivotal role as a key contributor in two specialized teams, leading product concept design and experience research for a VR drone game and a mobile assistant tailored for visually challenged individuals.Working closely with a marketing strategist, I conducted audience and market analysis, developed personas, identified non-functional requirements, facilitated guided affinity diagramming sessions, rapidly prototyped solutions, and conducted guerilla usability testing. These efforts ensured that our designs were user-centered and aligned with the target audience's needs.I am proud to share that both concepts generated significant anticipation and garnered long-term interest from the mentors' board, highlighting their potential for success.
