A technical office under Da Nang People’s Committee, coordinating national and international projects/activities related to climate change and resilient issues.- Overall coordinate and supervise the activities within the Program of “100 Resilience Cities” funded by the Rockefeller Foundation- Play as focal point connecting relevant stakeholders and 100RC - Consult the chief resilient officer (CRO) on the content, scope, and activities related to the resilient strategy- Prepare materials and organize meetings, workshops related to the resilient building process- Collect data, conduct surveys, analyze and synthesize the reports.

An administrative department under Da Nang People’s Committee, responsible for citywide environmental issues. - To process the Environmental Impact Assessment Report - To supervise the hazardous waste management in city scale- To inspect the pollution/ legal issues in two industrial zones (Tho Quang Fishery IZ and Hoa Khanh IZ) - To cooperate with Sewerage and Drainage Company in managing the flooding and wastewater treatment in city scale. - To coordinate the Project of Cleaner Production for Hoa Khanh IZ. (Vietnam – Canada Provincial Environmental Program) - To coordinate the Project of Eco – Da Nang City (Deutsche Gesellschaftfuer Technische Zusammenarbeit – GTZ program) - To participate in an after-hours on-call environmental incident response
