In charge of Marketing Communications in the APSC region.

Contribute to business objectives through the development and deployment of innovative andeffective marketing communications activities in line with Group, Region and local communicationstrategies, standards, and guidelines. (For robotics, Drives and Motors products/ services). SFDC Champion of ABB Vietnam.

This position is responsible for B2B marketing duties and other administration tasks to the Division and Local Division Manager. Main duties are included, but not limited to:Marketing• Assisting Marketing Communications Manager in planning, coordinating and organizing seminars, exhibitions, channel partner events, including hotel, gifts, invitation, etc.)• Keeping tracks of all marketing – related expenses• Writing, translating and designing brochures and PR materials for internal and external magazines and websites• Learning and applying ABB Branding and marketing communication tools & policies on a daily basis• Gathering and updating market data• Creating Purchase Requests and vendor code for payment using SAP• Rolling out and managing Salesforce.com usageAdministration assistant• Completing paper works, performing general clerical duties including checking bills, expense reports, contracts, official letters, etc and getting signatures from managers; maintaining hard copies and electronic filing system• Making travel arrangements and expense report for Local Division Manager• Arranging accommodations for expats from overseas• Preparing certain division reports
