- Analyze and provide solutions to handle ATM system related issues of customers.- Support customers to analyze suspicious transactions on ATMs.- Effectively communicate to customers for fulfill instantly demands and enquiries of the services. Discuss with customer weekly to develop and prepare regular reports on customers' products.- Participate in implementation projects as RKM, TMS, EMV Local chip card with Napas,… for customers- Train new products, service processing skills, product knowledge and job management for engineers. Assign and monitor daily service.- Built up standard procedures to improve service quality and avoid repeated incidents.- Scrutiny research current tools, coordinate with other departments to implement modelling, testing, completion of ATM services.- Support Sale Team to introduce products to customers.- Track payments & follow receivables process with sale and accountant team.- Conduct meeting & prepare content for quarterly meeting (3 regions)- In charge of engineer recruitment, control budget & assets

- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, programming and setting parameters during ATM system deployment.- Guide and train customers to operate the system.- Maintain and diagnose the status of devices on the ATM system to advice on effective operation.

- Deploy new Cleaning machines for new lines. - Work with the Maker' engineers on new incidents.- Develop and schedule a monthly maintenance for cleaning machines.- Track daily incidents of Cleaning machine lines/Weekly report - Manage the work of technicians/Develop work standards for technicians.
