Responsibilities:• Recruitment Activities:- Implementing all recruitment process: Recruitment scheduling and planning, post job, budget, dealing with suppliers to get the best service, resume search, CV screening, screening CV & approaching candidates for sure right applied job reference checks, interviews…Set up test/test online (foreigner candidates), arranging interview schedule and evaluate candidates,offer...- Making recruitment materials: CV information/Test/Interview evaluation template, invitation email, offer letter,etc.- Foster long-term relationship with candidates- Follow up & weekly recruiting process report(communicate to interviewer, collect evaluation, result, propose effective recruiting solution).- Build the candidates system, recruitment communities, recruiting channels.- Customize recruitment process (if any)- Researching the salary survey/ competitor’s benefits.• Training activities:- Evaluate training activities and plan some courses: Orientation and Soft- skill. - Conduct the orientation course (Company introduction & Employees guideline for newcomers) & involve some others course in technical during probation of employees.- Involving to the staff assessment and exit interview.• The Youth activities:- Building the movement to link employee: X’mas holiday, Birthday, Company trip, year - end party, sick visiting,…- Labor Union: Start up, process procedures & event evaluation. Achievements:- Deeply understanding about company’s culture and process, so how to connect the employees. - Experience in special recruitment request (01 Business Analyst – 01Hindi Thai, 01 Indonesian speaking and other technical positions ( senior & team lead).- Build up the recruitment process.- Organizing all events in Codix successfully.
