I am in charge of general operation management in SRV# New Office TF activities: Being a member of TF Team for new office preparation:- Devise plan, create checklist and manage timeline for the progress of office handover and new office preparation.- Work out plan, establish vendor selection criterion and conduct processes of new vendor selection for the new office.- Purchase the whole equipment and furniture for the new building office by making checklist, discuss and meeting with vendor, select furniture design and map out plan for furniture setup.- Update office moving progress and report to leader.# Purchasing: Take control of equipment, goods and materials monthly status, by which draw purchasing plan to meet the demands from departments and make report to leaders.# General operation management: monthly keep updated on GA index status and make report to leader

# Recruitment Samsung Talent Program: This is a scholarship program to recruit talented IT students from top-ranking universities about IT education in Vietnam which has MOU partnership with Samsung. SVMC Internship program: This is an internship program for IT/ Telecommunication students from universities which has MOU partnership with Samsung.My tasks include:- Put forward recruitment plan based on requirement from leaders. Workout strategies to attract candidates: + Offline: present in universities, participate in events like job-fair or universities’ anniversary, meeting in person with students to share about recruitment information, meeting with teacher to introduce and ask them for help in scholarship promotion, use leaflet and banner, organize event like Open Day in the office and invite students to visit to introduce & promote Samsung’s images as well as attract more candidates.+ Online: promote via Facebook fanpage, Samsung recruitment website, universities’ website. Usually manage, answer question from candidates and update posts on Facebook fanpage- After receiving candidates’ information, process and analyze data to select suitable candidates.- Prepare for Software Test and Interview Round by compose emails sent to candidates/ interviewers/ supporters, set up interview room, prepare all necessary documents and equipment during the sessions.- Participate into the interview as an interviewer. - Collect interview result to process and submit result approval before sending official email result to candidates.# Training:- Based on request from leaders or demand from departments, draw plan to develop and manage training courses like Orientation training for Fresh Staff, technical course (Android/ Java/ C/C++/ Python/ SW Architecture) to enhance knowledge for engineers.- Create, make plan, implement, and manage soft skill, Microsoft Office and Korean training courses by which help employees improve their skills.

 Experienced candidate recruitment: I was in charge of experienced candidate recruitment in SEVT. My tasks were:- Based on company’s annual manpower plan, make statistics on the quantity of experienced candidate needed and then draw annual recruitment plan- Compose job description based on request from leaders or departments and then upload onto Samsung recruitment website.- Seek for candidates via recruitment website, headhunters, LinkedIn or facebook fanpage.- Always manage post on websites and social networks.- Contact with candidates, send interview invitation email, interview result, healthy check and orientation participation emails as well as assist them during the whole recruitment process.- Prepare, organize the interview session, and then make result approval. In this approval, I will make details on interview result, calculate the salary and promotion year for successful candidate. - Usually contact with headhunter to expand the source of potential candidates and make payment to them.- Build, make statistic and update recruitment database will detail information about candidates’ personal information, education degree, working history, source, interview result, offer information, etc.
