Management of the legal team supporting Intel's PRC sales and marketing organization and advising the business on antitrust, export compliance, anti-corruption, corporate responsibility, human rights, product liability, and advertising and consumer protection issues.Development of guidelines, FAQs, and case studies for mitigating legal risks in collecting non-public competitive information, advertising semiconductor products targeting heavily regulated industry segments (healthcare, gaming, education, telecom, etc.), offering rebates to distributors and resellers, addressing consumer complaints, and responding to government investigations and inquiries.

Supported Intel sales to key PRC customers in cloud services and internet-of-things segments, and drafted and negotiated various contracts involving pricing, marketing, licensing, technical collaboration, and other matters.
