Screenprinting and Embroidery services

Primary interface with product and component suppliers.Primary responsibility for procurement of PCB’s and components including getting quotes, supplying artwork, confirming approvals and ensuring delivery dates.

Troubleshoots and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment to the component level.Assembles electronic devices in a clean-room environment.Assembles electronic components and manual (mostly surface mount) soldering of fine wires and parts under a microscope.Analyze errors in electronic design and production.Provides advice and feedback on corrective actions.Performs in-process and final testing on product.Performs routine equipment maintenance and limited troubleshooting activities as required.Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel.Work with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates.Continually improve the setup, calibration and test procedures used on the new and service equipment orders.Provide training when necessary to the new build and service assemblers in my group.Tracks and orders supplies/materials.Provides general support to the manufacturing team.Communicate with engineering on product performance and functionality issues.Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents.Helps monitor productivity by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates.Assist the Technical support group with our customers needs for technical support.Assists with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment.Assists in the planning, execution and interpretation of designed experiments to identify and characterize critical process factors.

On-site installation of GPS and other electronic equipment.Troubleshooting and repair of electronics equipment at customers site.Traveled extensively for installations and maintained proper expense reports.

Assembly and testing of OEM electronics devices.Planned and executed time study testing on product assembly.Maintained a clean and safe working environment.
