ENGINEERING Interpreting and applying clients’ requirements, rules & regulations and design philosophy into design framework. Adept at bringing engineering performance gaps to complete business interests, developing concept design and conveying detailed design development concepts in a simple and compelling manner. Through discussion with clients, other disciplines, and contractors to ensure the concept design is practical, workable, reliable, and safe. PROJECT Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Compliance with safety rules, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Interacting daily with clients to report the job progress and supervise the sub-contractors.FACILITY MANAGEMENTInspecting, measuring & troubleshooting the facility equipment, formulating & implementing the predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM) programs, getting an endorsement from the third party to ensure facility equipment is in good condition, and assigning the task to subordinates and contractors. Working closely with the internal customers without affecting the production schedule and engineering to design better facility equipment, improving the job procedure, and conducting the risk assessment to ensure all the jobs are done in a safe manner. By all means to increase the job efficiency, productivity, reduce the cost and risk.
