Was responsible for the site identification, market research, and functional feasibility studies (including architectural and engineering constraints), financial studies and jurisdictional approvals for several land development projects, including Beacon Square Professional Campus (aprox. 15 acres), Professional Center at Wellington (aprox. 18 acres), Professional Center at Lakewood Ranch (aprox. 16 acres), Gateway Professional Campus (aprox 14 acres), Lake Butler Professional Center (aprox. 12 acres), Suncoast Professional Campus (aprox. 15 acres). As Project Manager he also was in charge of the monitoring, controlling and closeout of Coral Springs Professional Campus, 166K square feet of Office Condominium and Shoppes at Heron Lakes a 128K square feet of Retail Space in Coral Springs, Fl. He also coordinated the execution of the interior buildout among 28 different tenants and the closeout of the project.
