My personality is logical and intuitive. I am helpful, conversational, listening and I can ask important questions. I always want to understand and learn something new. I am person who naturally knows how to prioritize and I like to do things with priority. I always try to focus on what is essential. Thesis (In Finnish): Tunnista yrityksen muutoksen tarve ja ota se haltuun 2021I made my thesis for the Roboreel project which was about clarifying the current state of Finnish companies to meet the challenges of digitalization. Conclusion was that all industries including social and health care industries benefit from automation and robotics. Digitalization makes company processes visible and it creates flexibility in business. The companies involved in the thesis understood that technology tracking is important, and an competitive advantage. What I have a learned:Customer work: With my own expertise, I have enabled the client’s work and research. Microsoft Dynamic CRM administrator I have been able to provide solutions and help the internal customer with problems. I have several years of experience at the service desk as an expert and in development assignments. I have trained new service desk employees and create instructions for them. I have made a service desk development plan which takes the service desk to a new level. The development proposals were service desk software renewal, service desk employee training and shortening the response time of tickets. I led a customer survey project which resulted in the survey being used as a company process. It was also my responsibility to make a survey of Webropol, report of the results and create a new customer survey process. Track record: The customer survey was used to identify pain points in practices. Lessons: Ask customers questions that are relevant to your business. Understanding customers is important.
