• Support the HR Global Payroll Applications module. • Maintain, Support, customization and enhancement of integration between other system with Global Payroll.• Prepare the checklist for daily issues. • Queue management through Altiris Incident manager. • Meet the SLA without failing. • Owning the responsibility for critical and high priority business cases. • Work for long hours if US team is not available. • Coordinate with the US team for enhancements and customization. • Handle Production support for PeopleSoft Global Payroll (GP) system.• Design, develop and customize for the existing PeopleSoft .• Work on Monthly releases.• Resolve Production/Test/Development Issues with the above according to the severity of the problem.• Maintain the integration between existing 9.0 and old 7.5 version of people Production / Test / Development environments and trouble shoot in case of any issues.• Participate in the all UAT’s (User Acceptance Test) for new Inbound/Outbound feeds from/to various systems to/from PeopleSoft GP and resolve the same. • Participate in upcoming PeopleSoft Application upgrade, Database Upgrade, Server Upgrade and testing the application after the upgrade and resolving upgrade issues. • Performance tuning on existing processes.• Monitor Day to Day Batch processes.• Request for Test/Development Instance with latest Production data as per the user request. Perform refresh steps on refreshed environment from production.• Monitor the monthly payslips communication process.• Analyze breaks appearing in various reconciliation reports.• Manage the knowledge solution and checklist. • Update and hand-over the issue to India Offshore team
