Performing supervised functions in Municipal Court on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Responsible for preparing criminal complaints to be heard at the bar of the court, preparing and conducting direct and cross examinations, case research in support of motions and arguments during proceedings.

Functioned as the primary legal advisor for acceptance of clients into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program (ARD), performed as the primary Defender representative during preliminary arraignment hearings, conducted numerous initial interviews of clients in both the office and confinement settings, assisted during preliminary, municipal court and felony waiver hearings, and researched and argued motions before the bar. Cultivated a strong understanding of criminal defense aspect of the criminal justice system.

• Responsible for oversight of 158 investigative actions in Northern Alaska• Ensure coordinated efforts with Federal, State and Local Criminal Justice Agencies• Participation in Multidisciplinary Advisory Committees pertaining to Child Abuse, Sexual Assaults and Controlled Substance investigations for the Northern Alaskan Region• Responsible for conducting Crime Trend and Threat Analysis for Northern Alaskan to include developmental input into Emergency Response Plans for Federal Assets within Northern Alaska

• Direct oversight of all criminal investigations in and around Ansbach, Germany• Assisted in Joint Investigative Operations with the German Police• Developed economic crime threat assessment for area of operations, and established scheduled proactive investigative actions to increase visibility of high risk asset security
