About Andrew Lister

Robotics Engineer in R&D at Aimlock. Hardware is hard. Integrating with software can be harder. I bring up robotic systems and make them work well while improving reliability. I bring a unique combination of technical and field expertise to my roles, having proven success in leading operational field teams, building and piloting deep-water ROVs, and building edge inference systems for deployment into battlefields. As a seasoned robotics engineer, I have hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining field technology systems in challenging environments. I have a passion for exploring new frontiers and thrive in both independent design environments and small, collaborative teams. I am also skilled in communication and building relationships, including with OEM customers and decision makers. I am dedicated to continuously improving my technical knowledge and expertise, and am excited to apply my skills within the fields of robotics and AI.
