• Product Manager for an Enterprise digital marketing suite that helps in planning for, and tracking the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns by collecting, harmonizing, and visualizing data• Employ design thinking principles to conduct Discovery sprints, and work with Business Stakeholders to create strategic product roadmaps; define, prioritize, and focus delivery around OKRs.• Review application architecture; assess business and technical risks, and implement suitable process improvements to improve design, and overall product quality.• Convert user feedback and into actionable and prioritized product requirements; identify usability issues to enhance user experience • Engaged in building relationships right from program inception, setting up offshore teams, complete with infrastructure, people, processes and an overall execution & monitoring plan.• Train and coach teams on Agile principles and best-practices
