My Responsibilities: • Managing 100nos. manpower for Design, PMO, CAE, RPT, and NPD & Validation.• Creating & updating the product engineering competence of the company to meet market demands as per new technology needs.• Responsible for complete end to end project management for the assigned project which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting and tracking by proper utilization for the team.• Follow PDP(Product Development Process) at every stage (From QG0 to QG4)• Interacting and co-coordinating with various departments of the organization ensure increase in productivity.• Managing the design team to undertake the development of new products• Ensuring the engineering team is equipped with all the latest know-how’s by conducting trainings • Training the engineers for product design and process engineering roles to manage market demands and to manage employee turn-over• National & International reporting – weekly & monthly by Webex / telecon.• Responsible for New product Development and the success/failure of the product • Prepare budget for new products as per requirement• Taking approvals from the top management for new products based on the requirements and feasibility, in terms of marketing and technical aspects• Interacting and co-coordinating with the customers (both domestic and international) to understand requirements and present our technical capabilities to them• Formulating project proposals based on requirement• Proposing the new product to the customer and taking feedback from them to avoid failures• Understanding and designing of futuristic products as per customer requirements
